King's Swimmers Set Two Records on Opening Day of MAC Championships

KING'S SWIMMERS WRAP UP FIRST DAY OF MAC CHAMPIONSHIPS
 
DAY ONE BOX SCORE

WILKES-BARRE -- The King's College swim team set two school records during the first day of the Middle Atlantic Conference Championships Friday at the Wilkes-Barre Catholic Youth Center.
 
Maggie Nealer set the 500-freestyle record in the morning preliminary round with a time of 5:30.92.  She eventually placed seventh with a 5:33.16. Also, the second record to fall was the 400-medley relay as the team of Amanda Casey, Krystna Homanko, Carissa Cook, and Maggie Nealer posted a time of 4:36.53. 
 
Swimming continues Saturday at 10:00 a.m.
