KING'S MEN'S SWIMMERS PICK UP FIRST WIN WITH 108-69 VICTORY OVER MT. ST. MARY'S

WILKES-BARRE — The King's College men's swimming team picked up its first win of the season as the Monarchs posted a 108-69 victory over visiting Mt. St. Mary's College (NY) Saturday in Scandlon Gymnasium.
With the win, King's improved to 1-4 on the year while Mt. St. Mary's slipped to 1-1
Andrew Reimann captured the 1000-freestyle with a time of 11:32.66 as well as the 100-freestyle with a 54.02.
Michael Sweeney won the 200-freestyle at 1:57.12, along with the 500-freestyle with a 5:40.44.
Matt Thompson won the 200-individual medley at 2:23.05 and the 200-butterfly with a 2:23.05. Matt Dickson was a winner in the 200-breaststroke with a time of 2:31.36.
Dane Darnell was victorious in the 50-freestyle with a 24.26
The Monarch 400-freestyle relay team of Thompson, Reimann, Darnell, and
Lucas Crock were triumphant with a 3:42.43.
