In a 3-1 weekend for the Monarchs, senior outfielder Mindina Lieback went 8-for-16, batting .500, with two doubles, a home run, four runs scored, six RBIs, one stolen base, eight putouts, and an assist. Lieback's bat propelled the Monarchs to a doubleheader sweep of the Bulldogs on Sunday. In a 10-2 win in game one at DeSales, the senior went 4-for-5 with a home run, a double, two runs scored, two RBIs, a stolen base, and three putouts in centerfield. Then in a five-inning game two where King's won, 10-2, she kept up the hot hitting going 3-for-4 with a double, a run, three RBI, and two putouts in centerfield.
