EQUITY IN ATHLETICS ANNUAL REPORT

The Equity in Athletics Disclosure Act (EADA) requires co-educational institutions of postsecondary education that participate in a Title IX, federal student financial assistance program, and have an intercollegiate athletic program, to prepare an annual report to the Department of Education on athletic participation, staffing, and revenues and expenses, by men's and women's teams.

This report must be made available upon request to students, prospective students and the public by October 15 each year. The 2022 King’s College can be obtained by emailing Cheryl Ish, Associate VP For Intercollegiate Athletics at emailing Cherylish@kings.edu
