Mitch Forgash ran the second-fastest Division III 800 meter time this year to win the Widener MAC Only Meet in a King's record 1:53.20. The reigning MAC Indoor Champion and All-American ran 56.21 seconds over the first 400 and was second at the bell before he closed in 57.00 seconds to win his fourth career outdoor 800.
