Junior Lauren Lamarca had a strong week, as the Monarchs picked up their first win of the season with a 5-4 win over FDU-Florham Saturday. Lamarca teamed with Addie Atkins to earn an 8-1 win at No. 2 doubles. She then picked up a 6-0, 6-0 win at No. 4 singles to help the Monarchs claim the victory. For the season, Lamarca has a 4-2 singles record and has won three straight matches for King's. Overall, Lamarca has been part of seven of King's 11 wins on the year.
