King's women's indoor track and field junior thrower Katey Shoemaker won the silver medal in the weight throw on Friday on the opening day of the 2025 MAC Indoor Track and Field Championships. She recorded a mark of 15.85 meters, a new indoor program record that topped her previous mark of 15.76 meters, on her second throw of the day.
