The senior cornerback had a memorable afternoon in a 36-16 win over Albright Saturday, as the Downington, PA native posted seven tackles, including one for loss, while picking off a pair of passes. Butler's first interception came in the second quarter, picking off Albirght QB Jimmy Lahay at the King's 2 to stop a Lions drive deep in King's territory. In the third quarter, he nearly intercepted another pass but broke up the play before Albright was flagged for offensive pass interference. He would get his second pick of the game in the fourth quarter, stepping in front of a pass at the King's 25 and returned it to the KIng's 41 with 8:44 to go in the game.Â
