Lipo Field
Lipo Field, constructed in 1992 and dedicated in 2008, was one of the original fields within the Robert L. Betzler Athletic Complex. The field was described by one major league scout as "one of the finest natural grass fields in the tri-state region." The field is 330 feet down the lines, 380 feet in the power alleys, and 400 feet to the center field fence. There is a home bullpen down the left field line while the batting cages and visitors bullpen is located down the right field line. A small press box is located next to the home dugout on the third base side of the field.
Lipo Field is home to the Monarch baseball squad, and prior to McCarthy Stadium putting up lights the outfield was home to the field hockey program in the fall.Â
