KING'S DROP OPENING MEET AT LVC
ANNVILLE – The King's swim team dropped their season opening matches to Lebanon Valley College. The women fell by a 115-89 count while the men came up short 116. The meet was contested in a 25-meter pool at LVC.
King's 200 medley relay team of Amanda Casey, Alisha Wainwright, Sarah Schmader, and Maggie Nealer came in first with a time of 2:20.89.
Becca Smith won the 800 freestyle with a time of 11:21.70 while Selitto was second at 11:49.93.
Casey won the 100 backstroke with a time of 1:14.92 while Nealer captured the 400 freestyle with a 5:19.13 and finished second in the 200 freestyle at 2:27.60. Casey was also second in the 50 freestyle with a 31:29 while Casey Cloman was third with a 32:05, while also finishing second in the 100 freestyle at 1:11.99.
The King's men fell in its season opening meet 116-89. The men's 200 medley relay team of Brandon Senese, Eric Stencovage, Pat Seslar, and Jim Martin were victorious with a time of 2:03.33.
Stencovage won the 100 breaststroke with a 1:15.48. Josh Debellas was second in the 800 freestyle with a time of 10:25.43. Josh Harrington was second in the 200 freestyle with a time of 2:16.94 while Jason Witts was third at 2:22.40. Martin was also second in the 200 individual medley while Dave Washick was second in the 100 freestyle with a 1:00.60. Senese was third in the 100 backstroke at 1:14.64.
