KING'S SWIMMERS SWEPT BY SUSQUEHANNA, DREW

SELINSGROVE -- The King's College swim teams were swept in a tri-meet with Drew University and host Susquehanna University Saturday in Selinsgrove.
For the men, Eric Stencovage was second in the 100-breaststroke with a time of 1:07.29 as well as in the 200 individual medley at 2:21.57. Caleb Farrell was third in the 200-breaststroke at 2:46.92.
King's women fell to Susquehanna 85-36 and to Drew 57-54 while the Monarchs men lost to Susquehanna 90-12 and to Drew 93-16.
For the Lady Monarchs, Maggie Nealer (left) won the 1,000-freestyle by setting a school record of 11:36.51. Nealer broke her own school-record of 11:45.08 set last season. Nealer was also second in the 100-backstroke with a 1:23.70. She was also second in the 500-freestyle at 5:47.47.
Susie Hughes was second in the 100-butterfly at 2:41.22. Carissa Cook was third in the 200 individual medley with a 2:41.71.vMeanwhile, King's team of Nealer, Cook, Amanda Casey, and Becca Smith won the 200-freestyle relay with a time of 1:56.12.
King's will wrap up the dual meet season Thursday with a 6:00 p.m. matchup at Ramampo College in Ramapo, NJ.
