KING'S GOLFERS EDGED BY SCRANTON, 312-316

WILKES-BARRE --  The University of Scranton eeked out a hard-fought 312-316 victory over host King's College in a non-conference golf matchup Wednesday at the Wyoming Valley Country Club.

King's Tom McGrath and Scranton's Rob Bresnahan shared medalist honors with scores of four-over-par 75. Chris Shank of Scranton was third overall with a 76.  King's Ian Oakley carded a 79 to finish fourth while Jake Humphrey's 80 landed him tied for fifth. Eric Jesikiewicz (82) was eighth while, Gerald Lewis (85) and Joe Santino were tied for ninth.
