MISERICORDIA GOLFERS WIN TRI-MEET OVER KING'S, WILKES
WILKES-BARRE -- Bryan Marzolino captured medalist honors and Misericordia University golfers placed three of the top four players to capture a tri-meet with local rivals King's College and Wilkes University Monday at the par-71 Wyoming Valley Country.
Misericordia scored a 329, followed by Wilkes at 341 and King's with a 352.
Marzolino carded a six-over 77 on the day besting teammate Bucky Aeppli and MIke Turano of Wilkes who were a stroke behind with identical scores of 78. Jessica Rydzewski of Misericordia was fourth with an 83 while Wilkes' Robert Hillibush finished fifth at 84.
