MONARCH MEN SWIMMERS DOWNED AT MISERICORDIA

?DALLAS -- The King's College men's swim team fell to host Misericordia University 138-87 Saturday in Dallas.

With the loss, the Monarchs slipped to 2-3 on the year while Misericordia improved to 3-1
Kyle Newton was victorious in the 200-breaststroke at 2:28.27 and also in the 400 individual medley with a 4:41.94.Mike Sweeney won the 100-breaststroke with a 1:07.39 and was second in the 500-freestyle at 5:22.77.
Joe Westcoat was second in the 100-butterfly at 1:08.55.
King's 200-medley relay team of Rich Guth, Lucas Crock, Newton, and Sweeney were second with a time of 1:29.23.
King's will next compete in the Franklin & Marshall Invitational December 3-4 in Lancaster.
