KING'S MEN'S SWIM TEAM DEFEATS LEBANON VALLEY, 102-96
FULL RESULTS
WILKES-BARRE — The King's College men's swim team posted a 102-96 victory over visiting Lebanon Valley College Saturday in Scandlon Gymnasium. With the win the Monarchs improved to 3-3 on the year.
Mike Sweeney won the 1000-freestyle with a time of 10:50.17, as well as the 100-freestyle with a time of 52.64.
Kyle Newton was the winner in the 100-butterfly with a 56.45 and also touched first in the 100-breaststroke at 1:04.37.
Brian Matylewicz was victorious in the 200-freestyle with a time of 2:02.34.
King's team of Richie Guth,
Kyle Newton, Joe Wescoat, and
Lucas Crock won the 200-medley relay with a time of 1:52.55
Lucas Crock won the 50-freestyle at 24.90 while
Justin Weilert won the 500-freestyle with a time of 5:33.37 and was second in the 200-individual medley at 2:19.05 Matt Dickson was second in the 100-breaststroke wth a 1:09.33.
King's return to the pool January 14 with a 1:00 p.m meet at Messiah College.
