MONARCH MEN'S SWIM TEAM DOWNED BY ALBRIGHT, 147-81
FULL RESULTS
WILKES-BARRE — The King's College men's swim team dropped a 147-81 decision to Middle Atlantic Conference stalwart Albright College Saturday in Reading.
Matt Thompson captured the 100-butterfly with a 1:00.89 and was third in the 100-backstroke at 1:07.65. Matt Dickson was a winner in the 100-breaststroke with a 1:08.75 and finished second in the 200-breaststroke at 2:31.79.
Lucas Crock won the 200-individual medley with a time of 2:21.14 and was was third in the 100-breaststroke at 1:10.68
Mike Sweeney was second in the 1000-freestyle with a time of 10:50.63 and was third in the 100-freestyle at 51.45.
Kyle Newton placed second in the 200-backstroke with a 2:21.14.
Justin Weilert was third in both the 200-butterfly with a 2:26.41 and the 500-freestyle at 5:28.83. In the 50-freestyle,
Andrew Reimann was third with a 23.92 while
Dane Darnell was fourth at 24.90.
King's will be idle until Saturday when the squad travels to face Elizabethtown College at 1:00 p.m.
