KING'S WRESTLERS GO 1-2 AT PENNSYLVANIA VS. NEW YORK CITY DUALS

WILKES-BARRE — The King's College wrestling team went 1-2 at the second Pennsylvania vs. New York Duals held Saturday on Scandlon Gymnasium.  King's defeated Hunter College 45-3 but fell to Mew York University 37-7 and then the United State Merchanr Marine Academy 28-13.

Sophomore heavyweight Ralph Bernardo and freshmen Owen Watkins led the way for King's with each going 3-0 on the day. Watkins posted a pair of first period pins on the day. Sophomore Howard Kilpatrick finished 2-1 with a pin and major decision.

King's will host The College of New Jersey Wednesday at 7:00 p.m. in Scandlon Gym.
