KING'S GOLFERS POST 340-350 VICTORY OVER WILKES

WILKES-BARRE, PA --- Shamus Gartley won medalist honors with an 81 to lead the King's College golf team to a 340-350 victory over Wilkes University on Thursday afternoon at the Wyoming Valley Country Club.

Gartley beat Matt Kachurak of Wilkes by one stroke on the par 71 course. Ryan Georgetti shot an 85 while Mike Post carded an 86. Ryan Hettes rounded out the Monarchs scorers with an 88. Andrew Crossin and Ryan Tracy both carded a 90.

The Monarchs will next be in action next Wednesday April 22nd when they face University of Scranton at the Wyoming Valley Country Club in their final match before the Freedom Conference Tournament next weekend.
