KING'S GOLFERS FINISH THIRD IN TRI-MEET WITH SCRANTON, WILKES
SHAVERTOWN -- The King's College men's golf team came up third in a local tri-meet with rivals Wilkes University and the University of Scranton Wednesday at Huntsville Golf Club.
Wilkes finished first with a 337 while Scranton was second with a 339. King's carded a 351.
Ryan Georgetti topped King's with an 85 while Mike Post and Ryan Hettes followed with scores of 86 and 87 respectively. Alex Rowan posted a 93 while Carmen Dellia rounded out the King's line-up with a 101.
Kyle Hayes of Scranton earned medalist honors with a 82 while Alex Anderson of Wilkes was second with an 83.
King's returns to the course Friday with a tri-match with Marywood and Wilkes at 12:00 noon at the Wyoming Valley Country Club.
