DALLAS, PA (September 20, 2022) -- In their first trip to Irem Temple Golf Club in the 2022-23 season, the King's College men's golf team dropped a closely contested match up with the host Misericordia University, 338-346, on Tuesday afternoon.
On the par-72 course, senior
Tyler Faux led the Monarchs again with a team-low round of 81 (+9) as he tied for seventh overall. Brett Herman led Misericordia as he carded a 78 (+6) in the match.
JP Gilroy finished just one stroke behind Faux as he finished second for King's with a score of 82 (+10), and
Michael Conflitti posted an 88 (+16) for the round in Dallas, Pa.
Ismael Ralsten rounded out the Monarch golfers this afternoon as he recorded a round of 95 (+23).
The Monarchs will be back in action tomorrow afternoon as they open on their home course at Wyoming Valley Country Club. King's will square off with Lycoming College and Wilkes University with tee time set for 1:00 p.m. in Wilkes-Barre, Pa.
