WILKES-BARRE, PA (April 11, 2023) -- The King's College men's golf team took the top four spots in the individual standings on their way to a 333-369 win over Lycoming College in their spring home opener.
 
On the par-70 course at Wyoming Valley Country Club, Tyler Faux earned individual medalist honors as he carded a round of 79 (+9) to lead the team effort. JP Gilroy finished second with a score of 83 (+13), while Tyler Blanchard placed third on a round of 85 (+15).
 
Joe Petrillo rounded out the top finishers for the Monarchs with a score of 86 (+16), while Michael Conflitti finished sixth as he posted a round of 90 (+20).
 
Lycoming was led by Blake Premo in the match, as he paced the Warriors with a round of 88 (+18).
 
The Monarchs will have a quick turn around as they are set to take on the University of Scranton, Misericordia, University, and Wilkes University in a quad match hosted by Scranton. Tee time is set for 1:00 p.m. at Glenmaura National Golf Club.
