DALLAS, PA (SEPTEMBER 10, 2023) -- In their 2023 fall opener, the King's College women's golf team falls to Misericordia Cougars 453-408 on Sunday afternoon.
 
Through wet conditions of the 72-par course at Irem Temple Country Club, Mady Pendolphi (Jr.) posted a score of 105 (+33) overall and placed third. Pendolphi finished just three strokes behind Misericordia's Paige Perry who carded 102 (+30).
 
Abby Barlocker (Fy.) placed sixth for the Monarchs with 111 (+39). Amanda Sokol (So.) ended the afternoon with 114 (+42) and recorded a birdie on #18. Aspen Wallin (Sr.) finished with 123 (+51) and Brighton Wallin (So.) rounded out the team with a score of 129 (+57)
 
King's will be returning home for a tri-match to battle Lebanon Valley and Misericordia on September 23^rd with tee time set for 1 p.m. at Wyoming Valley Country Club. In a short turn around, the Monarchs will then travel on September 24^th to take on Wilkes at Huntsville Golf Club, teeing off at 1 p.m.
