WILKES-BARRE, PA (October 3, 2024) -- The King's College men's golf team hosted the Cougars of Misericordia on Thursday afternoon at Wyoming Valley Country Club. The Monarchs fell to the Cougars 364-346 on the par-70 course.

Brett Herman of Misericordia took first place with a round of 79.
JP Gilroy (Sr.) was five strokes behind and carded a score of 84 to take the second top spot.
Brendan Percey (Fy.) and the Cougars' Silis Morrison tied for third with a score of 86. At fifth was Misericordia's Logan Larish with 90 and teammate Cameron Purrington was right behind with a round of 91 for sixth place.

The Cougars' Ryan Vallach picked up the seventh spot with a score of 92.
Michael Kaleta (So.) was in eighth with 95 and
Alexander Ray (Sr.) rounded the Monarchs with a score of 99.

King's will take the rest of the semester and winter break to prepare for their Spring season.
