SCRANTON, PA (April 14, 2025) -- The King's College men's golf team competed in the Marywood Quads on Monday afternoon. The Monarchs defeated the Pacers 339-355, tied with Misericordia 339-339, and lost to Marymount 322-339 at the Glenmaura National Golf Club.

Marymount's Santos Wangsupkitkosol took first with a score of 74 (+3).
JP Gilroy and Marywood's Baden Hancock tied for second as they both shot a 76 (+5). The Cougars' Brett Herman carded a score of 80 (+9 ) for the fourth spot. Marymount's Chase Manion was right behind with 81 (+10) to take fifth, while teammate Mark Rodoff chipped in an 83 (+12) for sixth place.

Brendan Percey and Marymount's Sean Mantua evened for seventh with a score of 84 (+13). Misericordia teammates, Ryan Vallach and Matt Maransky, deadlocked at ninth with a round of 85 (+14). Nititorn Chimjiw rounded the Marymount squad as he carded a score of 86 (+15) to finish 11
th.
Cameron Jones and the Cougar's Mark Purrington each collected a score of 89 (+18) to end the afternoon in the 12
th spot.
Jackson Grozelle and Misericordia's Brian Hough tied for 14
th place as they shot a 90 (+19). The Pacers' Ben Galko had a round of 91 (+20) and
Alexander Ray rounded the Monarchs with a score of 92 (+21) . Marywood's Ken Ward (94), Zachary Carpenter (94), and Kaeden Kuzmeirz (95) took the last spots on the green.

The Monarchs will return to Wyoming Valley Country Club as they host Wilkes and Lycoming on Monday, April 21
st with a scheduled tee time of 1 p.m.
