LEHMAN, PA (September 6, 2025) – The King's College Monarchs kicked off their Fall 2025 men's golf season this past Saturday with a solid performance at Huntsville Golf Club. Despite a competitive showing, the Monarchs fell to Wilkes University 360-335.
Brendan Percey led King's with a standout round of 79, earning medalist honors and setting the tone for the Monarchs in their opener. In their collegiate debuts,
Joe Altmire shot a steady 88 while
Jeremy Layland contributed a 95.
Michael Kaleta added a 98 to the team total and
Bennett Anklewich carded a 99.
Patrick McComb rounded out the lineup with a 101 as the Monarchs compiled their team score.
The Monarchs return to action on Thursday, September 11 on the road at Glen Oak Country Club against Scranton at 12:00 PM.
