YORK, PA (February 13, 2025) – The King's College women's swimming team swam at day two of the MAC Championships at York College on Friday, highlighted by a strong performance on the day from
Mackenzie Huffer.
Huffer kicked day two off in the 100-yard butterfly preliminaries with a win in her heat at 1:07.02, breaking her previous best time by .64 seconds.
The Monarchs competed in one group event, as Huffer and the squad of
Stefany Malaga,
Abigayle Cryan, and
Carla Hidalgo swam a time of 1:59.86, placing 11th.
The King's College women's swim team returns to the pool on Saturday, February 14, as the Monarchs compete in day three of the MAC championships at York College starting at 9:30 a.m.
