Women's Golf Drops 3-1 Decision to Albright in Match Play Exhibition

READING, PA (April 11, 2026)--The King's College women's golf team fell 3-1 on Saturday in a scramble‑and‑shamble exhibition match against Albright at Reading Country Club on Saturday afternoon.
 
Amanda Sokol and Nina Anzalone delivered the Monarchs' point, taking their matchup against Andrea Williams and Madison Cox.
 
Jackie Martin and Victoria Fleury‑Wright pushed their pairing into the late holes before dropping a 4&2 result on the 16th to Ilaria Catania and Azure Crossley.
 
Christina Castellini and Allie Chocallo also came up short in their match against Braiden Wastler and Chloe Gustafson.
 
No individual stroke totals were kept as the event was played entirely in team‑based scramble and shamble formats.
 
The Monarchs return to action on Sunday, April 12 as the Monarchs host Misericordia and Marywood in a tri-match with tee time set for 1:30 p.m. at Wyoming Valley Country Club.
