WILKES-BARRE, PA (September 1, 2026) – The King's College Monarchs kicked off their Fall 2025 men's golf season with a solid performance at Wyoming Valley Country Club. Despite a competitive showing, the Monarchs fell to Wilkes University 322-312.

Conner Smigielski led King's with a standout round of 78, followed closely by Brendan Percey with a 79. Sophomore AJ Borchert carded an 81, while Jeremy Layland and John Zawistowski rounded out the lineup with 84s as the Monarchs compiled their team score. First Year Nate Coates withdrew from the competition.

The Monarchs return to action on Saturday, September 12 on the road at Huntsville Golf Club against Wilkes at 1:00 PM.
