2023-24: Competed in seven out of nine possible rounds as a junior for the Monarchs...Averaged 94.14 across seven rounds...Posted a career-low of 85 at Wyoming Valley Country Club against Wilkes and Misericordia (09/26/23)...Earned one top-five finish and two top-10 finishes...King's finished 5-8 overall in dual matches and 7th of 8 teams at the 2024 MAC Freedom Championships.

2022-23: Competed in seven out of a possible 13 rounds as a sophomore for the Monarchs...Averaged a score of 93.00 in his seven rounds...Recorded two top-10 finishes...Posted a season-low round of 87 twice, first in the Wilkes Tri-Match (9/14/22) at Huntsville Golf Club then again at the Misericordia Tri-Match (3/30/23) at Irem Temple Country Club...Finished 32nd out of 40 golfers the 2023 MAC Freedom Men's Golf Championships...King's finished 11-8 overall in dual matches and 3rd of 9 teams at the 2023 MAC Freedom Championships.

2021-22: Appeared in 7.5 rounds of seven out of a possible 10 events as a first year for the Monarchs...Averaged a score of 104.27 in 7.5 rounds, which ranked seventh on the team...Posted one top-10 finish...Carded a season-low round of 93 against Wilkes (9/8/21)...Finished eighth against Misericordia (4/14/22)...King's finished 3-11 overall and seventh out of nine teams at them MAC Freedom Championships.

PRIOR TO KING'S: Competed in golf, baseball, wrestling, and track and field for the Black Knights of Lake Lehman High School...Helped lead the Black Knights to a Wyoming Valley Conference championship in 2020 and a PIAA District 2  AA District Runner-Up finish.

PERSONAL: Son of Mike Ruger and Melissa Schwartztrauber...A heatlhcare administartion major...Chose King's College over DeSales and Misericordia for "the reputation of the physicians assistant program, and I really enjoyed the campus."
