2024-25: Wrestled in the 174/184 weight class for the Monarchs...Went 16-6 overall, 6-3 in decisions, 5-1 in technical falls, and 2-3 in falls...Fastest pin was in 4:48...Earned a third place finish in the 174 weight division at the 2025 MAC Championships (1/18/25)...King's finished 12-9 in dual meets, fifth of seven teams with 60.5 points at the 2025 MAC Championships, and 13th of 18 teams with 22 points at the NCAA Southeast Regional Championships.

2023-24: Competed at 184 and 197 as a first year for the Monarchs...Went 11-16 overall while going 2-9 in decisions, 3-3 in technical falls, and 4-4 in falls...Fastest pin was in 1:26...King's finished 9-6 overall in dual meets, sixth of six teams with 53.5 points at the 2024 MAC Championships, and 22nd of 22 teams at the NCAA Southeast Regional Championships.

PRIOR TO KING'S: Lettered in wrestling for three years and football for two years in high school with the County Seaters of Belvidere...Served as a captain for the wrestling team senior year...Competed for the Funky Flickr Boys, Team New Jersey, and Vikings Wrestling Club...Earned All Conference Second Team as a sophomore...Tabbed All Conference First Team as junior and senior...Received Lehigh Valley Live Honorable Mention in his junior and senior years...A two-time New Jersey Wrestler of the Week Honorable Mention as a senior...Two-time district medalist and regional qualifier...Was a national qualifier in Greco-Roman and 220 Folkstyle...Was bestowed as a High School All American...Aided the County Seaters in a 2021 Skyland Conference Mountain Division Championship in wrestling. 

PERSONAL: Parents are Selene Garrett and Jonathan Hatchmann...Has one sibling Morgan (16)...A physical education major...Cousin Jeremy Hartrum wrestled for NC State at 125lbs...Chose King's because of "the welcoming community, the class sizes, and I can grow as a student-athlete."
