2025 (Outdoor Season): Competed in seven out of a possible nine meets as a senior mid distance runner for the Monarchs...Earned gold in the 1,500 meter run at the 2025 MAC Outdoor Championships in 3:56.36 and led the 4x800 meter relay team to a fifth-place finish (5/1-3/25)...Set a new outdoor program record in the 1,500 meter run in 3:48.63 at the Widener Final Qualifier (5/12/25)...Ran a season-best time of 1:54.50 in the 800 meter run at the Ursinus Track & Field Festival (4/5/25)...King's finished 10th of 15 scoring teams with 34 points at the 2025 MAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships.
2024-25 (Indoor Season): Competed in seven out of a possible 11 meets as a senior mid distance runner for the Monarchs...Earned silver at the 2025 MAC Indoor Championships in the mile in 4:20.60, placed eighth in the 800 meter run in 1:58.34, and was on the Distance Medley Relay team that took fifth in 10:36.06...Ran a season-best time of 1:57.51 in the 800 meter run at the Frank Colden Invitational (2/8/25)...Posted a season-best time of 8:49.56 in the 3,000 meter run at Widener Witner's Evening Invite (1/25/25)...Earned silver at the AARTFC Indoor Track and Field Championships (3/8/25) in a new indoor program record time of 4:15.04...King's finished 10th out of 15 scoring teams with 29 points at the 2025 MAC Indoor Track and Field Championships.
2024 (Outdoor Season): Competed in six out of a possible nine meets as a junior mid distance runner for the Monarchs...Earned the bronze medal in the 1,500 meter run in a new program-record time of 3:56.49 and helped the 4x400 meter relay team to a 7th-place finish at the MAC Championships (5/4/24)...Finished in a personal-best time of 1:54.30 in the 800 meter run at the Widener Final Qualifier (5/13/24)...Set a new personal-best time in 52.52 seconds in the 400 meter dash at the Monarch Open (4/27/24)...King's placed 8th out of 16 scoring teams with 53 points at the MAC Championships.

PRIOR TO KING'S: Competed in five different sports for the Trojans of North Pocono High School in Covington Township, Pennsylvania ... graduated from NPHS in 2021 as a member of the National Honor Society sophomore, junior, and senior years ... also was on the wrestling team, the baseball team, and the lacrosse team along with the cross country and track and field teams during his time at North Pocono ... named captain of the cross country team as a junior and senior and captain of the track team as a senior ... earned the Trojans cross country team's Ed Juba Award (Sportsmanship Award) as a junior and senior ... was named an All-Star in track as a senior after earning three medals at the District 2 Championships ... member of NPHS 4x800 relay team that won the District 2 Championship and finished 10th at the PIAA Championships with a school record time of 8:04, finished fourth in the 800 meters and member of 4x400 relay team that finished third at the District 2 Championships ...
