2024-25 (Indoor Season): Competed in five out of a possible 11 meets as a sophomore distance runner for the Monarchs...Ran a season-best time of 13:09.07 in the 3,000 meter run at the Susquehanna Invitational (2/15/25)...Finished in a season-best 6:28.58 in the mile at the Frank Colden Invitaitonal (2/8/25)...King's finished 5th out of 14 scoring teams with 65.5 points at the 2025 MAC Indoor Track and Field Championships.
2024 (Outdoor Season): Competed in four out of a possible nine meets as a first year distance runner for the Monarchs...Ran a personal best time of 6:19.31 in the 1,500 meter run at the Monarch Open (4/27/24)...Posted a season-best time of 3:12.76 in the 800 meter run at the Misericordia Twilight Meet (4/5/24)...King's earned their highest team finish, placing fourth out of 16 scoring teams with 78 points at the MAC Championships.
2023-24 (Indoor Season): Competed in three out of a possible nine meets as a first year distance runner for the Monarchs...Ran a season-best time of 3:09.96 in the 800 meter run at the Marc Deneault Invitational (2/17/24)...Finished in a season-best time of 6:49.58 in the mile at the PLEX Shootout (2/3/24)...King's finished 6th of 13 scoring teams at MAC Championships with 51 points.
PRIOR TO KING'S: Earned four varsity letters in both cross country and track and field for the Hawks of Hanover Area Jr./Sr. High School...Was a member of the National Honor Society.
PERSONAL: Also a member of the King's women's indoor and outdoor track and field teams...Daughter of Maryanne and Darren Ryan...Has one sibling, Kelsey...Father Darren was a member of the King's class of 2004...A health and physical education major...Chose King's College over Wilkes, Misericordia, and Marywood because "I liked the atmosphere when I toured the school. I immediately fell in love, and I liked what the school had to offer. Not only did King’s College have my major, but I got to continue to play my favorite sports."
