2025 (Outdoor Season): Competed in nine out of a possible 11 meets as a junior thrower for the Monarchs....Claimed the bronzed medal in both the hammer throw with a mark of 49.11 meters and the javelin throw with a toss of 36.81 meters at MAC Championships (5/1-3/25)...Placed third at the AARTFC Outdoor Championships in the hammer throw with a season-best mark of 51.75 meters (5/14/25)...Recorded a season-best mark of 36.63 meters in the discus throw at the Monarch Open (4/25/25)...King's finished 3rd out of 15 scoring teams with 85 points at the 2025 MAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships and 12th out of 39 scoring teams with 26 points at the AARTFC Outdoor Track and Field Championships.
2024-25 (Indoor Season): Competed in nine out of a possible 11 meets as a junior thrower for the Monarchs...Earned silver in the weight throw with a new indoor program record mark of 15.85 meters at the 2025 MAC Indoor Championships (2/28/25)...Recorded a season-best throw of 9.84 meters in the shot put at the PLEX Shootout (2/1/25)...King's finished 5th out of 14 scoring teams with 65.5 points at the 2025 MAC Indoor Track and Field Championships.
2024 (Outdoor Season): Competed in eight out of a possible nine meets as a sophomore thrower for the Monarchs...Finished second in both the hammer throw with a mark of 47.30 meters and the javelin throw with a season best toss of 38.77 meters at MAC Championships (5/2-4/24)...Set a new personal-best throw at 35.78 meters for a 7th-place finish in the discus throw at MAC Championships (5/3/24)...Set a new outdoor program record with a personal best mark of 52.07 meters in the hammer throw at the River Hawk Invitational (4/12/24)...Won the hammer throw four times and had 15 top-five finishes in her three events this season...King's earned their highest team finish, placing fourth out of 16 scoring teams with 78 points at the MAC Championships.
2023-24 (Indoor Season): Competed in five out of a possible nine meets as a sophomore thrower for the Monarchs...Won the weight throw with a new indoor program record mark of 15.58 meters at the MAC Championships (2/23-24/24)...King's finished 6th of 13 scoring teams at MAC Championships with 51 points.
2023 (Outdoor Season): Competed in all nine meets as a first year thrower for the Monarchs...Finished second in the javelin throw with a season-best mark of 38.80 meters and fifth in the hammer throw with a season-best toss of 44.36 meters at the 2023 MAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships (5/5-6/23)...Posted a season-best mark of 32.71 meters in the discus throw at the Monarch Open (4/29/23)...King's finished 5th out of 16 scoring teams at the 2023 MAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships with 67 points.
2022-23 (Indoor Season): Competed in six out of a possible eight meets as a first year thrower for the Monarchs...Set a season-best mark of 13.82 meters in the weight throw at the 2023 MAC Indoor Championships (2/24/23)...Posted a season-best toss of 9.44 meters in the shot put at the Greg Page Relays (12/3/22)...King's finished 10th out of 15 scoring teams at the 2023 MAC Indoor Championships with 33 points.
PRIOR TO KING'S: Earned three letters in field hockey, four letters in track and field, and a letter in basketball for the Pirates of Palisades High School...Named track and field team MVP as a senior...Earned a first-place finish in the javelin and a third-place finish in the discus at the 2022 league championship meet...Posted a first-place finish in both the javelin and the discus at the 2022 Distric XI Championship meet...Competed for Marojoka field hockey team.
PERSONAL: Also a member of the King's field hockey team...Daughter of Tami and Robert Shoemaker...Has two siblings, Robert and Zach...Father Robert competed in football and track and field at Lycoming...Brother Robert plays soccer at Penn State Lehigh Valley...Brother Zach plays football and baseball at Juniata College...An early elementary education major...Chose King's College over Youngstown State "due to the small, close-knit atmosphere and because it made more sense for me academically and athletically to go to Kings over other colleges and universities."
