2023: Appeared in all five meets as a first year for the Monarchs...Ran a personal-best time on a 4,000-meter course in 20:28.2 at the Misericordia Invitational (9/1/23)...Posted a personal-best time on a 6,000-meter course in 29:00.6 at the Lock Haven Invitational/Open (9/23/23)...King's finished 14th out of 14 scoring teams with 327 points at the Middle Atlantic Conference Championships and 21st out of 29 scoring teams with 594 points at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional Championships.
PRIOR TO KING'S: Earned four varsity letters in both cross country and track and field for the Hawks of Hanover Area Jr./Sr. High School...Was a member of the National Honor Society.
PERSONAL: Also a member of the King's women's indoor and outdoor track and field teams...Daughter of Maryanne and Darren Ryan...Has one sibling, Kelsey...Father Darren was a member of the King's class of 2004...A health and physical education major...Chose King's College over Wilkes, Misericordia, and Marywood because "I liked the atmosphere when I toured the school. I immediately fell in love, and I liked what the school had to offer. Not only did King’s College have my major, but I got to continue to play my favorite sports."
