2025: Appeared in all six meets as a sophomore for the Monarchs…Finished 35th overall at the Dickinson Short Invitational with a personal best time of 13:38.7 in the 4k (09/27/25)…Ran a personal best in the 8k at the Aubrey Shenk Invitational with a time of 27:21.0 (10/18/25), the fastest time ran by a Monarch during the 2025 season…Placed second on the team at the Mid-Atlantic Regional Championships with an 8k time of 27:21.0 (11/15/25)…King's finished 12th of 15 scoring teams at the MAC Championships and 19th of 29 scoring teams at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional Championships.
2024: Appeared in three out of a possible six meets as a first year for the Monarchs...Ran a season-best time on a 4,000-meter course in 14:06.4 at the Misericordia Invitational (8/30/24)...Posted a season-best time in 30:12.7 on an 8,000-meter course at the DII/DIII Challenge (9/13/24)...King's finished11th of 16 scoring teams at the MAC Championships and 24th of 29 scoring teams at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional Championships.
PRIOR TO KING'S: Lettered in soccer, football, and track and field for the Knights of Lake Lehman High School...Named captain in soccer and track as a senior...Earned Team's Distance MVP in track and field...Helped lead the Knights 4x800 meter relay team to a 2024 District Championship title...Member of the Naitonal Honors Society.
PERSONAL: Son of James and Karen Wnuk...Has one sibling, Nicholas, who played soccer at Elizabethtown...A finance major...Also a member of the King's track and field program...Chose King's College over Susquehanna and Penn State because it was "close to home, affordable, and good community."
