2025: Appeared in all six meets as a freshman for the Monarchs… Placed second on the team at the NCAA Mid Atlantic Regional Championships with a 6k time of 27:21.5 (11/15/25)…Selected to All-MAC Sportsmanship team, while finishing 87th at the MAC championships with a 6k time of 27:33.6 (11/01/25)… King's finished 13th out of 14 scoring teams with 329 points at the Middle Atlantic Conference Championships and 26th out of 28 scoring teams with 753 points at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional Championships.

PRIOR TO KING'S: Played soccer and ran track for the Black Knights of Hempfield High School…A three time varsity letter winner in track and field…Selected to the National Honors society as a junior and senior…

PERSONAL: Daughter of Matthew and Corianne Sahd and has 10 siblings…An Occupational Therapy Major… Chose King’s College because “The opportunities present at King's including athletics, campus ministry, and a great Occupational Therapy program couldn't be found anywhere else.”
