Was the second leg on King's 200 yard freestyle relay team that finished eighth to score 22 points with a time of 1:43.94 ... 2016-17 (At Division II Wheeling Jesuit University): As a freshman qualified for the Appalachian Conference Championships in the 50 yard freestyle, the 100 yard freestyle, and the 200 yard freestyle ...  Finished 19th in the 50 yard freestyle with a season best time of 26.10 seconds ... Finished 22nd in the 100 yard freestyle with a season best time of 57.76 seconds ... Finished 16th in the 200 yard freestyle to score one point with a time of 2:11.94 after qualifying with a season best time of 2:09.16 in the preliminaries ... Was the second leg on Wheeling Jesuit's 800 yard freestyle relay team that finished eighth to score 22 points with a time of 8:25.26 ... Swam a season best time of 1:09.36 in the 100 yard backstroke at the Zippy Invitational (12/3), swam a season best time of 1:18.31 in the 100 yard breaststroke against California University of Pennsylvania and Notre Dame (OH) (10/21), swam a season best time of 2:51.97 in the 200 yard breaststroke against Grove City (11/5), and swam a season-best time of 2:32.48 in the 200 yard individual medley at the West Virginia State Games (10/7) ... Wheeling Jesuit finished in fourth place at the Appalachian Conference Championships with 365.50 points ... PERSONAL: Parents Lorie and Jerry Strennen... Younger brother Zach...Her mother Lorie played volleyball at Penn State... An exercise science major... Chose King's over Gannon University, Saint Francis University and Washington & Jefferson College because, " I wanted to swim and further my education through the amazing programs and involve myself and find the right path."
