King's College Athletics

Bill Brong returned to the King's program after a three-year hiatus, back in 2021 to assist with the defensive line. He completed his fourth year in his most recent stint at the conclusion of the 2024 season.

Ahead of the 2025 campaign, Brong assumed the role of Senior Consultant to the Head Coach and Staff and will now oversee the entire program and help where he sees fit. He will work hand-in-hand with Head Coach Mike Cebrosky to ensure that all aspects of the program are running at an unrivaled level. His 40+ years of experience will help the program keep focus on the day-to-day process.

  • Helped the Eagles to a second-place finish in the 2012 Eastern Conference Playoffs, a Pennsylvania District 11 title, 12-2 overall record, and a PIAA Eastern Semi-Finals appearance.
  • His 2010 squad went 9-3 overall.

  • Career record of 47-33.
  • His teams won the 2001 District 11 title, 2002 Mountain Valley Conference Championship and District 11 playoff berth, placed second in the 2005 Eastern Football Conference, and reached the District 11 playoffs in 2006 and 2007.

• 1979 graduate of Mansfield University with a Bachelor of Science degree in education social studies.
• 1984 graduate of East Stroudsburg University with a Master of Science degree in reading.
• Has been employed as a teacher at Lehighton Area High School since 1979.
