Head Coach Mike Cebrosky posted his final offensive assistant coach for the 2024 staff with the addition of Brydon Rukstalis as an Assistant Coach in charge of running backs. He completed his first season on the coaching staff at the conclusion of the 2024 season.

Rukstalis will lead a running back group with two senior running backs, including the 2021 MAC Rookie of the Year Brennan Robinson, as well as junior Jayon Hailey who earned All-MAC Honorable Mention recognition last season. Rukstalis will assist in day-to-day operations such as game and practice preparations, film breakdown, recruiting, and other duties as assigned.

• Head Coach, Freshman Football/Offensive Coordinator/Quarterbacks/Weight Room Trainer, Wyoming Valley West (2021-23).
• Assistant Coach, Wide Receivers/Linebackers, Wyoming Seminary (2024).

• 2021 graduate of Lackawanna College with an associates degree as a physical therapist assistant.
• Member of the River Hawks football program as a defensive tackle from 2017 to 2019, leading the River Hawks to two MAC-Centennial Bowl Championship titles.
• Currently works as a sports medicine physical therapist assistant at Novacare Rehabilitation in Scranton, Pa.
