Eric Jendryaszek enters his third season with the King's coaching staff as a full-time assistant coach and serves the Monarchs as offensive line coach and offensive coordinator.
Jendryaszek came to King's after serving two seasons as an assistant coach at Cortland State University where he was the offensive line coach.
He was a four-year letter-winner as an offensive guard with the Red Dragons and graduated in 2006  with a bachelor’s degree in physical education, earning multiple Dean’s List honors during his collegiate career.
As a senior in 2005, Jendryaszek earned honorable mention Football Gazette All-America honors as well as second team All-East and first team All-New Jersey Athletic Conference awards. He was also the team’s Offensive MVP that year, was named to the NJAC second team as a junior in 2004 and was Cortland’s Offensive Rookie of the Year in 2002.
Jendryaszek played for the Rochester (N.Y.) Raiders of the Continental Indoor Football League from June of 2006 to July of 2008. He was a team captain of the Raiders’ 2007 CIFL championship squad. Jendryaszek graduated in 2002 from Rush-Henrietta High School, where he competed in both football and track and field.
In his first season coaching the offensive line at Cortland, Jendryaszek helped the Red Dragons finish 11-2 overall while winning the New Jersey Athletic Conference with a 9-0 record. Cortland earned an automatic berth into the NCAA Division III national playoffs where the Red Dragons won two playoff games before losing in the quarterfinals to eventual national champion Mount Union. Cortland later won the Lambert Meadowlands Award as the Eastern College Athletic Conference Division III Team of the Year.
In 2009, Cortland went 7-4 overall and was third in NJAC with 7-2 record. The Red Dragons were then selected to play in the ECAC Division III Northwest Bowl.
Jendryasek is a 2002 graduate of Sperry High School, Henrietta, NY. During his scholastic career he earned team offensive most valuable player honors and was the Royal Comet Award winner. Additionally, he earned first-team Monroe County Athletic Association all-league honors and was second-team All-Greater Rochester selection. Jendryasek was also selected to play in the Eddie Meath Senior All-Star Game.
