Palmer completed his first season with the Monarchs coaching staff in the fall of 2022. He joins King’s after a successful playing career for Division II Kutztown University, as the defensive back earned All-PSAC East Second Team and Don Hansen Football Gazette All-Super Region 1 Third Team as a junior, then All-PSAC East First Team honors as a senior.
Palmer also tied for eighth in a single season in program history with six interceptions in 2019. As a senior in 2021, Palmer played in all 13 games, finishing with 46 tackles, including 27 solo and 1.5 tackles for loss, with two interceptions.
Palmer graduated from Kutztown University with a degree in sports management.
