2018: Appeared in all ten games of the season...Went 12-10 in field goals with a long of 39 yards...Executed 45 kickoffs for the Monarchs for a total of 1828 yards...Had a record of 34-28 in PATs...Barreras had no blocked attempts and recorded one assisted block against Wilkes (11/10)...Had a season high four field goals made against Hartwick (9/15)...Named MAC Special Teams Player of the Week (10/14)...King's went 5-5 overall.

PRIOR TO KING'S: Earned two varsity letters for the Eagles of Conwell-Egan Catholic High School under head coach Jack Techtmann...Knocked through 76 of his 80 PATs, while making four of his five field goal attempts...Averaged 35.3 yards per punt as a senior...Set single-season scoring record at CECHS with 57 points...Helped team win 2016 3A Philadelphia City title...2017 PIAA 1-12 3A Sub-Regional Champs...Earned 2016 All-Catholic League First Team as a kicker, also picking up Second Team punter honors as well as Bucks County Courier Times "Golden Team" kicker nods...As a senior, earned Philadelphia Inquirer Preseason All-SEPA Third Team as a punter...All-Eastern PA Honorable Mention...Pennlive.com Second Team as a punter...Philadelphia Daily News All-Catholic punter and All-City kicker...Conwell-Egan Catholic "Special Teams" MVP...Also competed in lacrosse and soccer. 

PERSONAL: Son of Denise and Mike Barreras...Athletic training major...Chose King's over West Chester, Millersville, Shippensburg, East Stroudsburg, Ursinus, Delaware Valley and Muhlenburg because "King's strong athletic training program was one of the main reasons I chose this school. Also, the coaches showed that they cared not only about you as an athlete, but also as a student."
