Lillie Curtis enters her first year as an assistant coach with the King's College swimming teams.
Curtis comes to King's after graduating in May, 2017 from Arcadia University with a degree in Health Care Administration. She is serving as a graduate assistant coach at King's where she hopes to also pursue her Master's degree in Health Care Administration.
As a senior, she helped lead Arcadia to finish 9-0 in dual meets and played an important role in the women's team posting a school-record high third-place finish at the 2017 Middle Atlantic Conference Championships.
In her junior year, she was named to the MAC Academic Honor Roll and earned All-MAC Honorable mention honors as a member of the 200-freestyle relay team. As a sophomore, she was part of multiple school-record setting relay performances at the MAC Championships.
During her freshman year at Arcadia, Curtis earned second-team All-MAC honors as a member of the 200 and 400 freestyle relays, as well as, setting new school records in both relays.
Curtis is a 2013 graduate of Lancaster Catholic High School and began swimming competitively at age 12. She has also been a lifeguard for eight years at a variety of swimming facilities.
