Ryan Paisley

RYAN PAISLEY

Ryan Paisley enters his first year as an assistant coach with the King's College swimming teams.
 
Paisley is a native of Northeastern Pennsylvania where he graduated from Hazleton Area High School in 2013. At Hazleton he was a two-time Pennsylvania state qualifier and was also an all-state selection in water polo.
 
Paisley attended NCAA Division I Towson University for one season in 2013-14, helping the Tigers break the 200-freestyle relay school record.   He then transferred to NCAA Division II Bloomsburg University in 2015-16. Paisley was a two-time NCAA Division II All-American at Bloomsburg (2016 the 200 Free Relay & 2017 the 400 Free Relay) and served as a team captain as a senior. He was also a 2016 Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference Sportsmanship Award winner.   
 
He concluded his career at Bloomsburg listed in the all-time top-ten in nine different individual events. He graduated from Bloomsburg in May of 2017 with a degree in Exercise Science and completed an internship as an Exercise Physiologist.
 
He has previously served as an assistant swim coach for the Hazleton YMCA Barracudas.  Ryan currently serves as the Wellness Coordinator and personal trainer at the Hazleton YMCA.
