Rebecca Carkhuff comes to the Monarch coaching staff for her first season in 2019. 

Carkhuff is a 2018 graduate of Becker College in Leicester, MA, where she was a four-year standout in the outfield for the Hawks. A team captain, Carkhuff was a All-NECC played in 2018, as she hit .389 with five home runs and team-highs of 28 RBI and 11 stolen bases on the season. She was a three-year All-NECC player, graduating from Becker with a degree in nursing. 

Carkhuff is a native of Amherst, Massachusetts.
