Mike Kolinovsky has been the head coach of the men’s and women’s cross country teams since 2002 and completed his 23rd year in 2024. Kolinovsky served as an assistant coach for two seasons prior to taking over the program.

Full-time head coach of both cross country and track and field teams.
Served as part-time cross country and club track and field head coach until the addition of track and field as a varsity sport in 2015-16.
Kolinovsky has produced two MAC Rookies of the Year and one National Qualifier.

2015 – Best Program Individual Finish at MAC Championships (Marissa Durako- 4th)
2015 – First NCAA National Qualifier (Marissa Durako)
2017 – Best Team Finish at MAC Championships (4th)
2021 – Named an All-Academic Team by USTFCCCA for 12th consecutive year

Zoe Tomko became first Monarch cross country runner to earn USTFCCCA National Runner of the Week honors
