PRIOR TO KING'S: Defender on the soccer team and center fielder on the softball team for the Golden Bears of Vestal High School in Vestal, New York ... graduated in 2016 as a member of the National Honor Society and Student Government ... earned All-Division honors as a senior ... led a Golden Bear defense that was not scored upon for the entire regular season as a senior ... also played club soccer for United Futbol Club

PERSONAL: Daughter of Nancy and Scott Poulton ... has two siblings, Mackenzie and Nick ... an accounting major ... plans to pass the CPA exam and get a job she loves in the accounting field after graduation  ... chose King's because of the "small class sizes with wonderful professors, excellent job placement rates, and the chance to continue playing soccer at a highly competitive pace. The small class sizes are what really gives students the ability to interact with their professors and make sure they understand the curriculum, which is something that is very important to me."
