King's College Athletics

Matthew Meyer joined the King's College staff in the summer of 2019. He comes to Wilkes-Barre from Central Michigan University where he spent time as the women's club ice hockey head coach for four years, a graduate teaching assistant for two years and most recently an adjunct professor of physical education and sport. Meyer also has experience working as a hockey operations intern for the Saginaw Spirit Hockey Club in Saginaw, Michigan and as a hockey scout intern for ISS Hockey.

• 2018 graduate of Central Michigan University with a Master of Arts degree in athletic administration
• 2016 graduate of Central Michigan University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in business management
• Level 3 USA Hockey Coach became the only CMU Women's Hockey Head Coach in program history to take the team to the playoffs with a third place finish in 2014, one year after finishing in last place
