Troy Haas enters his first season as an assistant coach with the King's College men's and women's tennis team.
Haas is a recent graduate of local rival Wilkes University where he helped the Colonels win MAC Freedom Conference championships all four years of his collegiate career.
Individually, Haas won an MAC singles title in the number-six flight in 2016, while also winning two MAC doubles titles in 2014 and 2016.Â
As a senior he finished with a 21-7 singles record while going 25-3 in doubles. As a junior he was 16-6 in singles and 13-1 in doubles. He posted a 18-4 singles mark as a sophomore while going 18-0 in doubles. As a freshman he was 11-2 in singles and 4-1 in doubles. Overall, he had a four-year collegiate career record of 66-19 in singles and a 60-5 in doubles.
