SARAH ROSS

Biography

Sarah Ross joins the King's College cross country and track and field field staff as a graduate assistant in the fall of 2021 after an outstanding career for the Monarchs as a sprinter and jumper. She completed her first season as a Monarchs coach at the end of the 2021-22 academic year.

  • 2021 Summa Cum Laude graduate of King's College with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology
  • Dean's List honors all eight semesters
  • Four-year member of indoor and outdoor track and field teams as a sprinter and jumper
  • Named to MAC Academic Honor Roll all four years for indoor and outdoor track and field
  • Earned All-MAC Third Team Honors in 2018 as a member of 4x100 meter relay team
  • Selected to MAC Sportsmanship Team for outdoor track and field in 2019
  • Holds indoor program records in the 200 meters (27.64 seconds), 300 meters (45.90 seconds), 400 meters (1:03.03), and long jump (5.13 meters/16'10") as well as being the leadoff leg on the program record 4x200 meter relay and 4x400 meter relay teams
  • Holds the outdoor program record in the long jump (5.01 meters/16'5.25") as well as being the leadoff leg on the program record 4x100 meter relay and 4x400 meter relay teams
  • Three-year cadet in the Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corp
  • Earned 2021 Air Force ROTC Distinguished Graduate Award
